Before
The owner of this multi-story loft building on
the West Side of Manhattan, needed a 3,500 foot apartment finished
in 1 day, a Sunday, for a Monday move-in. The owner questioned
whether the floor could be restored at all. Although they
could have selected a Satin or a Semi-Gloss finish, they opted for
High Gloss. |

After
Needless to say, the customer was pleased with the service and
the finish. Being professional building managers, they knew
that a high quality urethane finish was the only product that would
be acceptable. What they were most surprised about, was the quality
of our Phase 3 cleaner. They were so impressed, they now are
purchasing our Phase 3 Wood Floor conditioner in the 5 gallon,
concentrated version, for their own use. |
